Delicious Chocolate Caramel Brownie Bites feature rich, fudgy brownies with a gooey caramel milk chocolate center, topped with a smooth chocolate caramel frosting. Brownies:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate morsels
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Filling and Frosting:

  • 2 packages (7.9 oz each) DOVE® PROMISES Caramel Milk Chocolates
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup unsweetened dark chocolate cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 Tablespoons caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat and prepare pan: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with baking spray to prevent sticking and set it aside.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the unsalted butter and dark chocolate morsels. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds and stir until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  3. Mix batter: Add granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, eggs, and kosher salt to the melted chocolate mixture. Blend just until combined—do not overmix to ensure fudgy texture.
  4. Portion batter and bake: Using a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop or measuring spoon, evenly divide the brownie batter into the prepared mini muffin cups. Bake in the preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes until set.
  5. Insert caramel chocolates: While the brownies are baking, unwrap the DOVE® PROMISES Caramel Milk Chocolates. Immediately after removing the baked brownies from the oven, press one caramel chocolate into the center of each warm brownie.
  6. Cool brownies: Allow the brownie bites to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes before removing them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Prepare frosting: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, milk, and caramel sauce together for 3 to 5 minutes until the frosting is smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  8. Frost brownies and serve: Once the brownie bites are fully cooled, pipe or spoon the chocolate caramel frosting onto each mini brownie. Serve and enjoy!
