  • ¾ cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Whipped Cream Layer

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream, very cold
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Layer

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

For Serving

  • ¼ cup mini marshmallows (for topping)
  • Graham crackers, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marshmallow Mixture: Using a stand mixer or hand mixer and a large bowl, blend together 4 ounces of softened cream cheese, ½ cup powdered sugar, and marshmallow creme on high speed until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. If using mini marshmallows, turn off the mixer, fold in ¾ cup mini marshmallows gently with a spatula, then set the bowl aside.
  2. Whip Cream Mixture: In a separate medium bowl, combine remaining ½ cup powdered sugar, very cold heavy whipping cream, and vanilla extract. Whip on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes. Set aside near the marshmallow mixture.
  3. Make Chocolate Mixture: In another medium bowl, blend together the remaining 4 ounces of softened cream cheese and unsweetened cocoa powder on high speed until smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Gently fold the freshly whipped cream into this chocolate mixture on low speed until fully incorporated, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Assemble the Dip: In a serving bowl, alternate spoonfuls of the fluffy marshmallow layer and the chocolate layer, placing them side by side. Use a spoon or butter knife to swirl the two layers together to create a marbled effect. Top the dip with the remaining ¼ cup mini marshmallows.
  5. Serve: Transfer the bowl to a serving tray and arrange graham crackers around it for dipping. Serve immediately or chill briefly if you prefer a colder dip.
