Homemade Peach Rings are a delightful and healthy alternative to store-bought gummies, made with fresh peaches, natural sweeteners, and gelatin. These chewy peach-flavored treats are easy to prepare and perfect for a refreshing snack or party favor.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen peaches (peeled and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice or water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 23 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • Optional: natural food coloring for brightness

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine peaches, apple juice, lemon juice, and honey. Blend until completely smooth to ensure a uniform mixture and smooth texture.
  2. Heat Mixture: Pour the peach mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium-low, warming it gently to prepare for dissolving gelatin.
  3. Dissolve Gelatin: Sprinkle the gelatin evenly over the warm peach mixture and stir constantly for about 3–5 minutes until the gelatin is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Add Color (Optional): Add a few drops of natural orange or red food coloring to enhance the peachy color if desired.
  5. Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture into silicone donut or ring molds carefully to shape the gummies.
  6. Chill: Refrigerate the molds for 2–3 hours or until the peach rings are firm and fully set.
  7. Remove and Store: Gently remove the peach rings from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week to maintain freshness.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
  • Adjust honey or maple syrup according to the sweetness of your peaches.
  • These peach rings can also be made into gummy shapes using any silicone mold for variety.
