Instructions

  1. Prepare Workstation: Line a large sheet pan with a silicone liner or parchment paper and set aside. Get a large (2-gallon) freezer bag and a very large bowl ready for mixing and coating.

  3. Mix Coating Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine 1/3 cup hot chocolate mix with marshmallows and 1 cup powdered sugar. Stir well to blend the dry ingredients. Pour this mixture into the prepared freezer bag for later use.
  4. Melt Milk Chocolate: Place 2 cups of milk chocolate chips and 2 tablespoons of coconut oil into a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-second bursts, stirring for 15 seconds between bursts, until chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  5. Coat the Cereal: Pour the melted chocolate over the measured cereal. Gently stir to evenly coat all the cereal pieces with the melted chocolate.
