Ingredients

Scale

Seafood & Butter

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

Flavorings & Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, fresh parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  2. Form the Log: Transfer the butter mixture onto a piece of parchment paper. Using the paper, roll the mixture into a tight log shape to prepare for chilling.
  3. Chill to Set: Place the wrapped log in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours, allowing the butter bombs to firm up for easy slicing.
  4. Slice and Serve: Once firm, slice the butter log into rounds. Serve as a decadent appetizer on its own, with grilled seafood, or spread on fresh bread.
