Ingredients

Scale

For the Salmon

  • 4 fillets Salmon (6 oz each), rich in omega-3 fatty acids
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil, for moisture and seasoning adherence
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lemon, zest and juice for brightness
  • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

For the Topping

  • 1 package Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese (5.2 oz), or your favorite flavor for a twist
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Optional Additions

  • Vegetables such as cherry tomatoes or asparagus, for roasting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish by lightly coating it with olive oil or lining it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry using a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Place the fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Season the Salmon: Drizzle olive oil evenly over each fillet. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste, add minced garlic, and sprinkle lemon zest on top to enhance the flavor.
  4. Add the Boursin Cheese Topping: Spread the Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese evenly over each salmon fillet to create a creamy, flavorful topping.
  5. Bake the Salmon: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Finish and Serve: Remove from the oven, drizzle fresh lemon juice over the baked salmon, and sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh garnish before serving.
